Algora Halal Hotel & Spa

My experience was good. Here are some positives and negatives Positives: - Separate pool for men and women and halal friendly beach access - I had a free room upgrade - Family friendly environment - Good customer service Negatives: - A lot of drainage smell in room toilets and public area toilets - Lifts take a lot of time - Food quality not good - A bit high on price - Massage and spa services not halal-friendly

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not meet its star rating. Room finishing is not of high quality. Not good sound insulation from the road. The food is not great but there are some choices. Our room was opened for cleaning by staff when the 'Don't Disturb' sign was placed outside the door. The sauna was closed and had to ask to heat it up. Mosque closed and not usable at the time. Which defeats the purpose and name 'halal' of the hotel. Overall not happy and money can be spent elsewhere.

This is a newly built hotel in Antalya. The customer service provided by staff was absolutely excellent and always having been served with a smile during my families stay. The family had an amazing experience. The hotel staff did what was in their capability to ensure privacy was maintained for my family at all times. The rooms are very modern and designed well especially the suites are excellent and available to book at very reasonable prices. Although the hotel has only 2 lifts and a small.aqua park, I believe they will be expanding and improving some of the facilities they may not have implimented but I see potential in what the hotel can offer. For the price, service and room - I believe this is an excellent hotel. Thanks to Wasiq, Fatih and the staff at the hotel for ensuring we were looked after throughout our stay.

Just returned from a 6 day stay with family at Algora. We booked directly with the hotel just weeks prior to its official opening and had detailed information from management about what would be available at the hotel. Unfortunately this hotel was a complete disappointment and none of what is advertised was actually available. * There is no poolside cafe so for lunch you would need to go back inside the hotel and up to the 5th floor in your swimwear. *No towels by the poolside, no sun loungers around children's pool and only a handful around the main pool. *Rooftop open design restaurant was poorly designed, far too hot in the mornings with bugs flying over food and windy in the evening with food flying off tables. We had heavy rain one evening and the canteen was flooded. * Extremely poor variety of food. The worst ive had at any all inclusive concept, often we had to eat out at the cafe outside the hotel. *Bathroom design was a disaster. Shower is an open walk in shower and only has half a shower screen so the bathroom would be completely flooded after a shower and water would travel into the room. * No towels in the bathroom (not even a hand towel). Often we had to hound reception for our room to be cleaned and towels to be provided in the bathroom. *Technically just one lift in the whole hotel so was often a long wait. *Beach was rocky and pebbly and not even worth a visit * Lobby is only half the size it appears in social media images. I would liken Algora to a small city hotel with very limited facilities. * No arcade/games centre or any kind of entertainment for children. We have stayed at many halal hotels in Alanya and this was by far the worst. Unfortunately Algora was a complete shambles and we would not return again

Relaxing beach break Friendly welcoming staff Gave us a meal both before check in and after check out. Lovely beach only a 5 min walk away but buggy service also provided during the day Delicious variety of food during all 3 meals. Soup available if peckish at 11pm and snacks and burgers also provided at beach during the day. Really chic luxurious set up in the hotel and comfortable rooms with balconies if requested to dry swimming clothes!
